“Let all the children of the Lord praise Him, and let us receive the truth of His faith. And His children shall be acknowledged by Him, therefore let us sing by His love. We live in the Lord by His grace, and life we receive by His Mashikha.” — Ode 36:1-3
May the people of the Religion of Light never be without gratitude to the Father of Greatness and the Messengers which He has sent to provide us with “the truth of His faith.”

On the 15th of December, Manichaeans will be commemorating
the memory of Saint Priscillian, a Martyr in Spain.
According to a Dictionary of Gnosticism* by Andrew P. Smith, Priscillian was a bishop in Spain and “the first person in the history of Christianity to be executed for heresy.” We know he was a bishop around 380 CE/AD in Avila.
“There is no man among you, or in any of this world, who is able to do every Commandment of the Word of Truth with perfection. The Commandments shall serve as a sign to you that you need guidance from the Mother who will come and teach you in all things. Strive to do and uphold the Commandments in their fullness, to the best of your ability, and you will be blessed by Abba d’Rabbuta” — Teaching of the Bright Light of Truth 6:4-6
“You shall not doubt whether a thing shall be or not be – for the Divine Messengers have taught that doubt is like a great ship that sinks to the bottom of the ocean.” — Teachings of the Apostles 1:58
“A cynical, or closed minded attitude is a barrier to building a proper trust of Divine Revelation. He who has an overtly cynical attitude generally tends to distrust all things presented to him whether such things are invisible to him or even physically present before his very own eyes.” — Teaching of Mir Izgadda 18:1,2
